O-CERY Plc Signs Strategic MoU with ADES Group for Offshore Manpower Supply in Cameroon

O-CERY Plc has officially signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with ADES Group for the supply of qualified marine and drilling crews onboard the offshore drilling rig ADM 501, scheduled to commence offshore drilling operations in Cameroon.
This agreement positions O-CERY Plc as a key offshore manpower supply partner supporting Cameroon's expanding oil and gas drilling industry. The MoU was signed on behalf of ADES Group Cameroon by Mr. Sherif Esmat, Country Manager – Cameroon, and countersigned globally by Dr. Mohamed Farouk, Chief Executive Officer of ADES Group. On behalf of O-CERY Plc, the agreement was executed by Mr. Bernard Felizardo, General Manager, and countersigned by Ms. Helen Chris, Acting Chief Executive Officer, Aberdeen, United Kingdom.
