Helen Chris Lucre

Acting Deputy Chief Executive Officer

Helen Chris Lucre was born in the Littoral Region of the Republic of Cameroon to a father of English and Cameroonian heritage—originally from the West Coast of Cape Limboh, Mokundange, and Limbola in the South West Region of Cameroon. Her mother hails from the Centre Region of French-speaking Cameroon. At the age of four, Helen’s father returned to Cameroon, where Helen spent much of her early childhood before later joining him in the United Kingdom at the age of twelve. She continued to travel between the UK and Cameroon during her formative years.
After completing her Advanced Level General Certificate of Education in Cameroon, Helen pursued higher education in the United Kingdom. She attended the University of Leicester, where she obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Cyber Security, and later advanced to the University of Westminster, London, where she earned a Master’s Degree in International Cyber Security. Helen began her professional career with O-Cery Plc in Aberdeen, Scotland. Through hard work and dedication, she rose through the ranks and was appointed Acting Deputy Chief Executive Officer, responsible for Oceanic, Middle East, and Africa Operations.
